Miranda Kerr in Christian Dior sunglasses

Most stylish Miranda Kerr was named Woman of the Year by the Women of Style Awards, hosted by InStyle magazine in Sydney. Her Old-Hollywood inspired dress, designed by Australian Carla Zampatti, had a dysfunction on the red carpet, which meant that an assistant had to help Kerr out with settling the wild seams and fabric. The 29 year old model gave birth to her first child in January, and she’s already posed for Victoria’s Secret, stretch mark free. Her secret? “I personally take four tablespoons of coconut oil per day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea.” You can see her perfect tummy and legs – which looks as if nothing changed since before the pregnancy – as Kerr is having a beach day with her husband, Orlando Bloom, and their newborn child. The couple is wearing matching hats and sunglasses, while the little Flynn Bloom wears nothing but his Adam suit.

Scarlett Johansson in Tom Ford sunglasses

The opening weekend of The Avengers set a record of $207 million in earnings, which sets the starring actors into a whole new price-range. Scarlett Johansson, or the movie’s Black Widow, exchanged her usual retro-inspired, feminine looks to put on a catsuit for this role. “When you have two guns strapped to the side of you and the gloves on, you feel a little like a badass. It changes the way you move, the way you stand,” she told the press. But it’s not easy to slip on the cat suit when you’re naturally curvy like Scarlett is. With a personal trainer, she did 90 minutes circuit workouts several times a week, combined with an almost vegan diet, which helped her set the mood for her super-active role as the Black Widow. “I’ve realized through this process that no matter how busy my life may be, I feel better when I take a little time to focus on staying active,” she writes on a blog, “We can all pledge to have healthy bodies no matter how diverse our lifestyles may be.” The successful superhero movie is already confirmed to have a sequel coming up, so Scarlet will surely keep in shape. And as much as we like seeing her in that tight catsuit, we also love her in vintage style outfits, with those sexy, exaggerated cat-eye sunglasses.

Jessica Stroup in Carrera sunglasses

In the show that made her famous, 90210, Jessica Stroup’s character, “Silver”, struggles as her mother dies of cancer and she later finds out she bears the cancer gene herself. This might be the starting point for Jessica’s participation in charity events such as the American Cancer Society’s Third Street Promenade, which encourages women to have fun while working out. A press release stated: “Each act of play will help the American Cancer Society spread the message about women’s health and the importance of getting active to help reduce your cancer risk,” and they plan on reaching 100,000 such acts.  Together with other TV actresses like Josie Loren, Genevieve Farrell, Amy Paffrath or Dot Marie Jones, Jessica played Skip It, hoppity hop balls and double dutch ropes. We’re accustomed to having Lindsay Lohan in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons – partying, rehab – but it looks like she’s now on the right path, especially since her role as Elizabeth Taylor is in the bag. ”[She’s] very prepared, she’s very excited,” her mother told the press. “She’s so excited to do this and it’s such an honor to play Liz Taylor.” On the other hand, Courtney Love revealed that she invited Lindsay to her “spiritual chanting group”, because they have a mutual friend. Courtney stated that chanting keeps her out of trouble and it could do the same for Lindsay. While her career is on the right track, Lindsay’s love life might be a bit off – she’s rumored to be dating older billionaire Vikram Chatwal, who’s dated Kate Moss and Gisele Bundchen in the past, and has recently been in rehab himself. It’s also visible to the open eye that Lindsay doesn’t care so much about her image: she’s often seen in sweatpants, tights and other comfortable pieces, covering her eyes with oversized sunglasses, rather than in chic clothing that she could definitely afford. Alongside her peers Kristen Stewart, Charlize Theron or Mila Kunis, the sweet Emma Stone will be handing out Golden Popcorn statues at the MTV Movie Awards this year. For the 21st edition, the show now has a new nomination system and new categories, which promise to make things more interesting. Although she wasn’t nominated this year,  the trailer for Emma’s latest movie has been released, The Gangster Squad, and she is showing lots of chemistry with her set-partner Ryan Gosling. She’s also finished The Amazing Spider Man, Red Band and The Croods, all of which will be launched in 2012 and 2013. After posting a picture on Instagram where she appeared too thin, the press trashed Alexa Chung, calling her “disgusting and skinny”. However, the TV personality/model argued that she’s not promoting an unhealthy body image and that she’s naturally skinny, after which she made her Instagram private. However, she keeps on parading her stick-thin legs in short shorts and mini skirts, proud of her looks that took her so far in the fashion and TV industry. And she’s not lacking male attention: after a four year relationship with Arctic Monkeys’ Alex Turner, Chung appears to be dating another rock star, Albert Hammond of The Strokes. The musician previously dated model Agyness Deyn, so there’s a lot of pressure on this relationship from all sides. The new relationship is not confirmed, but the couple did attend a fashion event together. And as further proof that Chung is not upset by the deformed image the press gives her, here she is having coffee with a friend, and rocking her iconic Chanel bag and Prada sunglasses from the Minimal Baroque collection.

The Kardashians’ half sister, Kendal Jenner, is trying to move away from the shadow of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and make her own name. First, she modeled during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week for the spring-summer 2012 collection of Sherri Hill. Now, together with younger sister Kylie (also pictured above), she’s about to launch a new column for Seventeen Magazine, Kendall & Kylie’s Fashion Journal. “Am sooo excited to announce that Kylie and I are the new west coast fashion contributors for Seventeen Magazine!” she said. “People always ask us for fashion and beauty tips, and now we can share them directly with readers. It’s really exciting for us! Paris Hilton in Prada sunglasses

Paris Hilton and boyfriend DJ Afrojack attended the Coachella and Miami music festivals and had a blast. After all that debauchery, the starlet took it down a notch and attended a family event. Together with her aunts Kim and Kyle Richards, she wore a white dress from her mother’s collection as they all celebrated together.

From celebration to court is a regular route for Paris – although, this time, there’s no connection between the two events. Paris had a contract with an Italian lingerie brand Le Bonitias, for which she would design a line of briefs, pajamas and swimwear. The project was dissolved for unknown reasons, and now Paris is asking for her share. While Paris claims $1.5 million from the brand, the sum which she was suppose to earn, Le Bonitas wants more than $200,000 from the starlet. We can’t tell who’s right and who isn’t, but we know for sure that Paris can do with the $1.5 million as well as without. YoonA in Ray Ban sunglasses

The South Korean sensation, YoonA, revealed that she’s ready to take a role in a major film. After her debut as a model in 2004, and as a singer for Girls’ Generation in 2007, YoonA is now thinking of taking her career to the next level. She has experience acting (the drama 9 Ends, 2 Outs  being a success in its own way), but this would be major for her and her fans. “I want to try to play a “bad” character too, but I think people watching me will feel awkward,” she said, laughing. The project she’s involved in is Love Rain, a fantasy drama which began  broadcast this year on KBS2. Between filming and singing, it looks like YoonA has a very busy schedule: “Among the members (n.n. of Girls’ Generation), we’ll joke, ‘Someone please faint or something. We need to rest.’ I think everyone’s very physically strong and healthy. We all exercise a lot as well.” It’s a bid deal that the 21 year old still has time to dress up and look pretty, like in the above picture, where she’s wearing Ray Bans.

Gerard Butler in Dolce&Gabbana sunglasses

It’s official: Gerard Butler is coming back to Hollywood South to work with Millenium Films. He’s going to play an ex-secret agent, and part of the movie will take place at the White House. Filming will start this summer and the movie will be released in 2014. This makes Butler a very busy man, but he still lives up to his name of a ladies man. While Lindsay Lohan hopes they’ll co-star in “Liz and Dick“, the biographical movie about Liz Taylor and Richard Burton, the 42 year old Scottish actor went clubbing with some friends last week, but could only be seen chatting and flirting with an unknown brunette. “They were attached at the hip and had their attention on one another all night,” a source said. And what a good influence she is, because the recently-out-of-rehab actor didn’t even touch alcohol through the night. Light partying still requires some covering though, so Butler can be seen wearing Dolce&Gabbana aviators lately.
